Vegan Pistachio Cream 190 g

We made this compote from the rich harvest of fruits of our organic sweet cherry trees in our orchard, which were once planted by "nonno" Francesco, just a few kilometers from our farm. In order to preserve the juicy taste of the fruit, we process the sweet cherries into high-quality and tasty compotes within 24 hours of the harvest.

This marmalade is obtained from an ancient variety of  Sicilian lemons. Thanks to its peculiar characteristics linked  to the Sicilian climate makes them unique. Furthermore,  to preserve these flavors given by the earth, we transform them within 24 hours after having collected them,into  precious marmalades.

This marmalade is obtained from Sicilian blood oranges "Tarocco" recognized all over the world for their quality. One of our strengths is to process the orangeswithin 24 hours of picking. This guarantees the persistence of the aromas and perfumes of freshly picked oranges.

It's a spreadable cream made from the highest quality pistachios, where the aromas and flavors are enhanced through the roasting process. The pistachio is a dioecious plant of the Mediterranean area ,which means it has a male and a female plant. The male plant produces only the flowers which pollinate the female inflorescences and these develop the fruit which is harvested in autumn. The pistachio is a very expensive dried fruit because it is difficult to grow and the producable quantity is limited. A myriad of products can be obtained from these seeds, including creams. Our product has an irresistible creaminess. Ideal for breakfast or as a snack.

The prickly pear is a fruit produced only in Southern Italy. Its organoleptic and healing properties are innumerable: it is rich in vitamin C and minerals including potassium and magnesium. It also contains many fibers that help peristalsis, and counteracts the problem of constipation.
